Parmesan Cheese Biscuits

450°F

14" Shallow Dutch oven

  • 4 ½ cups Bisquik®
  • 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
  • 8 slices Prochutto, diced
  • cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespons chives, diced
  • teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Pre-heat Dutch oven. Stir all ingredients together (mixture will be thick).

Remove dough from bowl and place on a floured bread board. Pat into a round form 2 inches thick. Using a biscuit cutter, cut into round shapes.

Place in Dutch oven. Brush tops of biscuits with olive oil and then top each biscuit with parmesan cheese.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
