Blueberry Cream Cheese Dump Cake

350°F

12” Dutch oven

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 (18.5 oz.) package white cake mix
  • 1 (12 oz.) can ginger ale
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans blueberries
  • 1 (17.5 oz.) package sugar cookie mix
  • ¼ cup egg substitute
  • 1¼ cubes butter, melted

Place cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla in sauce pan, simmer and stir until mixture is smooth. Set aside.

Lightly grease the Dutch oven and add cake mix and ginger ale, mix well. Add blueberries and cream cheese mixture to contents of Dutch oven, mix thoroughly.

In a medium mixing bowl add sugar cookie mix, egg substitute and butter, mix well.

Spread cookie mixture over contents of Dutch oven.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
