Cherry Brandy Cake

350°F

10” Dutch oven

  • 1 (18.5 oz.) white cake mix
  • 2 (21 oz.) cans cherry pie filling
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup Brandy
  • ¼ cup instant tapioca

Pre-heat greased Dutch oven.

Mix all ingredients together, blend well.

Pour into Dutch oven.

Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
